LANGUAGE: Languages used for the training: English, but many languages for 6+ groups. The language of the course can be arranged according to the characteristics of the groups in English, German, Italian, Spanish and Turkish.

COURSE BACKGROUND AND COURSE OVERVIEW:

This education course is about the school management of the school principals, vice-principals and teachers who are interested in being principal. Being a school manager needs to be active, improving talent, and having the skills and facilitates of managing crisis, etc. A school teacher needs to have some skills to be the leader of a school, he should also learn to interfere with the chaotic situations in schools. Chaos is a versatile issue, and they could have the need of taking a school leadership education in practice. In this course, participants will learn more about the leadership issue and its roles on the school management. Then, they will gain experience in school principality, and its methods and techniques for managing a school

Based on formal, informal and non-formal education, our methodology will try to stimulate active participation, pro-activity, responsibility, and sharing of all participants involved. In this way, we aim to build a diverse and stimulating environment for reflecting, working and learning. It has a horizontal and practical approach and will make use of the following tools:

PREPARATION:

After confirming registration, participants will be informed about the details of the course (arrival, daily program). Participants will be able to introduce themselves and bring a few examples of routines and practices that they apply to their teaching.

FOLLOW UP:

All participants are expected to maintain access and communication with the rest of their colleagues as well as with the trainer and participate in useful discussions either through the virtual classroom platform and via e-mail. Trainers and company will also be available for any further questions for a period of 5 months after the end of the course, either through e-mail, virtual classroom platform, individual Skype calls, telephone or WhatsApp. By means of all these tools, we aim to get an effective follow-up, to stimulate peer networking, to keep in touch and to share opinions, experiences, and practices for an unlimited time.
